A high-growth equity crowdfunding platform is hiring proven Account Executives to help venture-backed founders and growth-stage companies raise capital via Reg A+ and Reg D exemptions.
You will run a full-cycle sales motion: sourcing, pitching, and closing founders looking to leverage retail and accredited investor capital. The sales infrastructure is built for high volume and fast execution. You get inbound pipeline, but top earners actively build and convert their own deal flow.

What you will do
- • Close founder-led deals: prospect, qualify, and sign early-stage and growth companies raising $1M to $75M in public and private capital.
- • Run a high-velocity pipeline: convert inbound leads and execute targeted outbound campaigns to keep active deal flow moving through the funnel.
- • Master complex financial pitching: direct financial conversations with C-suite executives, founders, and sophisticated individual investors.
- • Maintain high-accountability execution: track weekly pipeline metrics, hit aggressive closing targets, and own your desk completely.
What we are looking for
- • Closing track record: demonstrated history of closing transactional revenue — not account management, relationship building, or advisory services.
- • Financial services sales: required experience in financial products, investment banking, secondary markets, or venture capital sales.
- • FINRA licensing: active Series 7 & 63 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly).
- • High-volume mentality: proven ability to self-generate pipeline and navigate fast sales cycles with zero hand-holding.
Comp & benefits
- • Base salary: $125,000
